#1: Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee Feat. Justin Bieber ‘Despacito’ – It’s week five at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s Justin Bieber-featured track ‘Despacito’. It’s currently also spending its fifth week at #1 in the US and UK.

#2: David Guetta Feat. Justin Bieber ‘2U’ (debut) – With his second single release of 2017, French house DJ/producer David Guetta picks up his tenth top 5 as a lead artist on the ARIA Singles Chart. The follow-up single to ‘Light My Body Up’ (#29 Apr. ’17), ‘2U’ features vocals by Justin Bieber. Guetta’s first single to hit the top five was ‘Sexy Bitch’ (#1 Aug. ’09).

#3: Liam Payne Feat. Quavo ‘Strip That Down’ – In its fourth week in the chart, ‘Strip That Down’ has climbed up a further two spots to snare a new peak at #3.

#36: Childish Gambino ‘Redbone’ – A return to the top 50 for Childish Gambino’s ‘Redbone’ for the first time since February 2017. Its resurgence comes on the back of it becoming a popular internet meme.

#41: The Veronicas ‘The Only High’ (debut) – Brisbane duo The Veronicas hit the chart for the first time in 2017 with ‘The Only High’. Like ‘In My Blood’ (#1 Jul. ’16) and ‘On Your Side’ (#19 Nov. ’16), the track is slated to appear on The Veronicas’ forthcoming fourth album.

#1: Ed Sheeran ‘÷’ – It’s week thirteen at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart for Ed Sheeran’s third album ÷.

#2: Katy Perry ‘Witness’ (debut) – The fourth Katy Perry album gives the American pop star her third top ten appearance on the ARIA Albums Chart. Following on from Prism (#1 Nov. ’13), Witness includes the singles ‘Chained To The Rhythm’ (#4 Feb. ’17), ‘Bon Appétit’ (#35 May ’17) and ‘Swish Swish’ (#37 May ’17).

#3: London Grammar ‘Truth Is A Beautiful Thing’ (debut) – British trio London Grammar score their second top three on the ARIA Albums Chart with Truth Is A Beautiful Thing. The group’s second studio album comes almost four years on from their debut If You Wait (#2 Sept. ’13). 

#4: Hillsong United ‘Wonder’ (debut) – Contemporary worship band Hillsong United return with fifth studio album Wonder. The album is the follow-up to Empires (#1 Jun. ’15) and gives the group their eighth top ten on the ARIA Albums Chart. In between studio albums, Hillsong United released the live album Of Dirt And Grace – Live From The Land (#8 Jul. ’16).

#5: Rise Against ‘Wolves’ (debut) – Chicago hardcore band Rise Against grab their fourth top ten on the ARIA Charts with Wolves. It’s their eighth studio album, following on from The Black Market (#3 Jul. ’14). Rise Against have also hit the top ten with Endgame(#2 Mar. ’11) and Appeal To Reason (#7 Oct. ’08).
