Chef at Hobart’s famous Franklin restaurant and proprietor of Melbourne’s hottest new bar Longsong, Moyle will curate food and beverage pairings at the Sydney and Melbourne events. As part of the pairings, Moyle has chosen a selection of current, young and acclaimed chefs, restaurants and mixologists.

All the food will be succinctly matched with a sensational cocktail selection from master mixologist, Shaun Byrne. Shaun previously worked at the acclaimed Gin Palace for 8 years and is now working as Creator/Director of Maidenii Vermouth and Marionette Liqueur.

.

Danny Rogers, Laneway co-founder says:

“More than a music festival, Laneway is proud to support not only emerging artists but the country’s leading talent in the food industry at each event. The Royal Moyle concept is no exception, with a curated list of premium chefs that produce outstanding food and beverages.”

.

David Moyle, Longsong Creative Director and Royal Moyle Laneway curator says:

“It was a natural fit to curate a food and drink experience at Laneway. I love music, I think all hospo people have an affinity with music people so I see this as an opportunity to celebrate the bond between music and food. I have invited a bunch of seriously great chefs along to have fun designing food to be enjoyed at Laneway and Shaun is mixing up great drinks to compliment. For me, this is about bringing fun back to food with a bunch of mates at an amazing Music Festival. So good!”
