Singles Chartifacts: 

#1: Drake ‘God’s Plan’ – Drake’s ‘God’s Plan’ maintains its grip on the #1 position on the ARIA Singles Chart for a seventh straight week.

#3: Ed Sheeran ‘Perfect’ – Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect’ moves back up the chart for a second week in a row, up a further three spots this week. He is also up five places to #20 with ‘Shape Of You’ and has re-entered the top 50 at #41 with ‘Castle On The Hill’ and at #49 with ‘Galway Girl’.

#22: XXXTentacion ‘Sad!’ – In its second week, ‘Sad!’ by XXXTentacion moves up eleven spots to a new peak at #22. The American rappers second album, ?, is out this week.

#29: BlocBoy JB Feat Drake ‘Look Alive’ – Three weeks into its run in the top 50, the debut chart appearance for American rapper BlocBoy JB jumps up six spots to a new peak at #29. The Drake-featured track was released at the start of February and to date has peaked at #5 in the US.

#38: Logic & Marshmello ‘Everyday’ (debut) – Logic takes out a third top 50 entry on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Everyday’. The collaboration with producer Marshmello comes from the new mixtape Bobby Tarantino II (#10 this week). Logic previously charted with ‘1-800-273-8255’ (#5 Oct. ’17) and the multi-artist collaboration ‘Sucker For Pain’ (#7 Sept. ’16).

Albums Chartifacts:

#1: Ed Sheeran ‘÷’ – After returning to #1 last week, Ed Sheeran’s ÷ remains in the top spot this week. It’s the album’s 24th week at #1. Sheeran’s X is at #4 and + is at #7.

#3: The Wiggles ‘Nursery Rhymes 2’ (debut) – With their 50th studio album, ARIA Hall Of Fame members The Wiggles score their first ever appearance in the top ten of the ARIA Albums Chart. Nursery Rhymes 2 takes over from Nursery Rhymes (#15 Feb. ’17) as the group’s highest chart peak. The group also charted in 2017 with Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas! (#29 Dec. ’17).

#5: Calum Scott ‘Only Human’ (debut) – British singer-songwriter Calum Scott makes his Albums Chart debut with Only Human. Scott’s first album features the singles ‘Dancing On My Own’ (#2 Oct. ’16) and ‘You Are The Reason’ (#27 Dec. ’17).

#6: Bruno Mars ‘24K Magic’ – Still on tour around Australia, Bruno Mars moves up four spots to #6 with 24K Magic. Both of Mars’ previous albums have re-entered the top 50 this week: Doo-Wops & Hooligans (#34) and Unorthodox Jukebox (#39).

#10: Logic ‘Bobby Tarantino II’ (debut) – Logic takes out his first top ten entry on the Albums Chart peak with mixtape Bobby Tarantino II. It’s the first time the American rapper has charted with a mixtape; he’s previously hit the chart with the studio albums The Incredible True Story (#43 Nov. ’15) and Everybody (#25 May ’17). ‘Everyday’, which features on Bobby Tarantino II, has debuted at #38 on this week’s Singles Chart.
