Singles Chartifacts: 

#1: Ed Sheeran ‘Perfect’ – For the seventh straight week Ed Sheeran holds the #1 spot on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Perfect’.

#9: Bruno Mars Feat. Cardi B ‘Finesse’ – Jumping up six spots in its second week in the top 50, ‘Finesse’ becomes Bruno Mars’ tenth top ten single as lead artist on the ARIA Charts. The American artist first hit the top ten with ‘Just The Way You Are’ (#1 Oct. ’10).

#10: Keala Settle & The Greatest Showman Ensemble ‘This Is Me’ – As The Greatest Showman’s soundtrack holds #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart for a third consecutive week, ‘This Is Me’ hits the top ten for the first time. The album’s ‘Rewrite The Stars’ has also hit a new peak at #30, while ‘The Greatest Show’ hits the top 50 this week at #42.

#14: Troye Sivan ‘My My My!’ (debut) – ARIA Award winner Troye Sivan returns to the Singles Chart with ‘My My My!’. The track is the first to be released from Sivan’s forthcoming second album. He last charted with the Martin Garrix collaboration ‘There For You’ (#23 Jun. ’17). His highest peak to date has been with ‘Happy Little Pill’ (#10 Aug. ’14).

#17: Camila Cabello ‘Never Be The Same’ (debut) – ‘Never Be The Same’ becomes the second track to chart from Camila Cabello’s debut solo album, Camila. It’s the follow-up to ‘Havana’ (#1 Nov. ’17). ‘Never Be The Same’ cracks the top 50 this week following Camila’s debut at #3.

#1: Soundtrack ‘The Greatest Showman’ – For the third consecutive week, the soundtrack to The Greatest Showman sits at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

#3: Camila Cabello ‘Camila Cabello’ (debut) – Former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello releases her debut solo album, Camila. The album includes former #1 ‘Havana’ (Nov. ’17), as well as the new single ‘Never Be The Same’ (debuting at #17 this week). As a member of Fifth Harmony, Cabello’s highest Albums Chart peak was with 7/27 (#8 Jun. ’16).

#8: The Cranberries ‘Stars: The Best of 1992-2002’ (debut) – Following the passing of singer Dolores O’Riordan at age 46, Irish group The Cranberries pick up a new Albums Chart entry with this hits collection. Stars includes material from the band’s first five studio albums, which included #1s No Need To Argue (Jan. ’95) and To The Faithful Departed(May ’96). The Cranberries hit the top ten on the Singles Chart with ‘Zombie’ (#1 Dec. ’94), ‘Ode To My Family’ (#5 Mar. ’95) and ‘Salvation’ (#May ’96).

#11: Tonight Alive ‘Underworld’ (debut) – The fourth studio album from Tonight Alive gives the Sydney pop punk band their fourth top 50 entry on the ARIA Albums Chart. Underworld follows on from Limitless (#6 Mar. ’16) and was recorded in Thailand.

#13: Black Veil Brides ‘Vale’ (debut) – American rockers Black Veil Brides score a new ARIA Charts peak with Vale. Their fifth studio release comes just over three years on from their self-titled fourth album (#23 Nov. ’14).
