Perth producer Palais returns with an expansive layered track ‘Chimera’ from his impending debut EP Apolis. Taking a stylistic u-turn from Palais’ bubbly first single ‘Instant Crush Feat. Your Girl Pho’, ‘Chimera’ further explores the nuances of his unique sonic universe where upbeat pop, house, hip-hop and electronica meet in perfect harmony.  

With Apolis leading track, ‘Chimera’, Palais achieves his goal of opening “with something that really grabbed and shook the listener and said ‘I’m here'”. Harking back to his Perth roots, the track cements his ‘floor-filling’ abilties, reminding listeners “where (he’s) coming from – Perth, the bass capital”.

Fans are solidifying ahead of Palais debut offering with featured track ‘Games feat. Luna May’ reaching #19 on the US Spotify Viral Charts. The producer’s singles ‘Can’t Stop’ and ‘Too Young’ clocked half a million spins each on Spotify, and received support from the likes of DJ Craze, Malente (aka Claptone), Vanilla Ace, and Justin Martin.
