Releases Seventh Studio Album

International pop icon P!NK releases her seventh studio album, BEAUTIFUL TRAUMA, today at all physical and digital providers via RCA Records through Sony Music Entertainment Australia. P!NK co-wrote all 13 tracks on the album and worked with a variety of songwriters and producers including Steve Mac, Johnny McDaid, Max Martin, Shellback, Jack Antonoff, Julia Michaels, Greg Kurstin, busbee, Tobias Jesso Jr. and a feature with Eminem 

P!NK kicked off her US promotion earlier this week with a profile on CBS Sunday Morning as well as a full page feature in the Sunday New York Times Arts & Leisure section.  She continued with an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night and will return to the Saturday Night Live stage tomorrow night, followed by a performance on Good Morning America Monday morning. 

The first single, What About Us has over 150 million streams worldwide and hit #1 on iTunes in 26 markets including Australia, Top 5 in 36 markets and Top 10 in 48 markets on the day of release, as well as being #1 on the Australian Airplay Chart for the past 7 weeks. ‘What About Us debuted at #1 on the ARIA singles chart and is accredited platinum. Rolling Stone called the track “…an emotional dance floor anthem packed with pounding drums and a gorgeous array of synths,” while Variety said its “…an aching ballad with a soaring chorus that shows off the singer’s powerful range.”

Following last week’s announcement of a 40-date trek across North America in support of her seventh studio album, BEAUTIFUL TRAUMA, P!NK will head to Australia for multiple arena shows starting at Perth Arena on July 3rd before heading onto Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane before returning to New Zealand for her first shows since 2007.  Tickets for all shows go on sale on Friday, October 20.
