On first listening you might think you are listening to the new drop by Anderson .Paak but it’s actually a very smooth and luscious song, Get To Know by Sydney’s Cosmo’s Midnight featuring Winston Surfshirt. Twin brothers, Cosmo and Patrick Liney have quietly been putting out some very decent remixes and this is another vibrant stroke to the their canvas, with an offering that is sparkling with a smooth R&B beat and a soulful beat that is so morish that you’ll be adding this to your current ‘on rotation’ playlists.

Collaborating with Winston Surfshirt proves to be a great move as they complement each other so well that one hopes this won’t be a one-off partnership. A solid soulful beat, simple synths, and some infectious percussion dances behind the alluring vocal suggesting Australia’s electronic scene is learning how to get its groove back.
