Eyes are on Kuren following the release of his new single ‘Mastercraft’ just weeks after an expert-set at Splendour in the Grass.
Mastercraft, the sound that is saturated in harmonic coherence through an unseen entity. Kuren has implemented his own voice, which seamlessly works with his controlled electronic stampede.
If you’re searching for more, Kuren stated “I’ve been working on a debut album for over two years now which features a lot of my vocals.”
The promising producer and songwriter has been striking audiences since before Triple J unearthed granted him the 2016 NIMA award. Now, he takes on the homeland with Illy on his Two Degrees national tour. “Doing a tour like this is a lot harder than touring capital cities. It’s a lot more challenging but I love every second of it.”
We’ll be seeing Kuren at ThisThat later this year, alongside Carmada, Luude, and Motez. If it were easy, everyone would do it. I’m just glad the ones who can, do.
