Super girl group Little Mix is back to extend their phenomenal success over 2017 with the release of their new track Is Your Love Enough? which is featured on their latest album release Glory Days: The Platinum Edition. The new release also features two other fresh new songs, along with remixes of your favourite hits over the past year. Bringing their Glory Days era to a close with a big bang, the girls have had incredible success with the release of worldwide smash hits including Shout Out To My Ex, Touch and Power, making this album their strongest one to date.

The new track gives me such nostalgia. When I first listened to it I immediately fell head over heels with its rhythm as it gives me such a throwback vibe. The upbeat instrumental incorporates instruments such as the guitar, as well as a salsa like beat that automatically makes it an absolute boogie of a tune. Its clever structure around the climaxes of the track will definitely make the tempo stick to your brain as its energetic nature will be difficult to shake off. It’s almost as if the girls had created their own Reggaetón Lento 2.0. With such a bold beat, Little Mix have added yet another individualistic sound to the record books.

The lyrics are a strategic masterpiece. Its repetitive chorus will have you undoubtedly singing this song over and over again. We see themes of love, desire and lust as the girls prove to be fascinated with the real deal. In this sensual, seductive track, the girls sing about their undeniable chemistry with their lovers. However, they need them to prove to them that their in it for the long run. The girls vocals are unquestionably just as consistent and on point as all their previous work as they never fail to deliver. The frisky lyrics allow the girls to play tongue and cheek, as well as seize opportunities to showcase their full vocal potential.

I think the reason why I’m so wonderstruck with this track is because it reminds me of a lively 2000’s Jennifer Lopez hit. It’s fiery beat along with its passionate lyrics gives me that unexplainable excitement you get when listening to a track that you absolutely adore for no reason whatsoever, other than the fact that it sets off an indescribable ambiance. Little Mix have struck gold with this feel good, super fun track that has arrived just in time for this hot Australian summer. If you want to experience the same Black Magic as I have, then definitely give this fresh track a listen, maybe once, or maybe ten times.
