Flame is the new track from American triple threat Tinashe. Flame follows right behind Tinashe’s critically acclaimed NIGHTRIDE project released late 2016, the 14-track endeavour a companion and major teaser to her upcoming studio album, Joyride which is due for release later in the year. NIGHTRIDE includes Tinashe’s major hit, Company which has had over 14 million YouTube streams since its release. Since the release of Flame, the Global Spotify streams have peaked to a massive five and a half million streams.

There’s no denying the high expectations that fall upon Tinashe as she has carved a strong path for herself as a true dynamic, innovative and creative artist, both in and out of the studio. Known for her incredible song writing, Tinashe has collaborated with the likes of Nick Jonas, A$AP Rocky, Calvin Harris, Charli XCX, Ty Dolla $ign and Usher just to name a few, writing major hits for various artists like Fifth Harmony.

So where does that leave us with Flame? Recently announced as Pepsi’s newest Sound Drop artist with a multi-episode storyline in the newest season of Empire, Flame is a major hit for Tinashe! The urban RnB infused pop love song is a full three minutes of catchy ballad lyrics and a somewhat upbeat, thumping melody that mould together effortlessly.
