After successfully showcasing the premier crop of hip hop talent in Australia from 2011, SPRUNG Festival unfortunately decided to close its gates in 2013.

Now, in 2017, SPRUNG Festival returns with its strongest and most diverse line up so far. The 18+ event will also be held at a smaller venue (4,000pax) than previous events, giving fans an exclusive and exciting festival experience up close and personal while still keeping the same exceptionally low price.

Drawing from talent all across Australia, and bringing together a smorgasbord of the best and most unique voices in the Hip Hop and Urban communities, the SPRUNG Festival line up for 2017 is:

SPRUNG Festival continues its tradition of creating a platform for new and upcoming acts to take the stage, as well as reflecting the new sounds coming out of Hip Hop in Australia. No longer just spitting rhymes over a beat track, SPRUNG Festival is excited to showcase artists diversifying the genre, such as JESSWAR, CAMOUFLAGE ROSE, CAITI BAKER, and MIDAS.GOLD, and bringing elements of electronic, funk, soul, RnB, blues, gospel, and even rock N roll to the mix.
