In a statement, The Wombats said “We cannot wait to get back to Australia and play at ‘Groovin’ The Moo’ again. It’s been 6 whole years since we played Groovin’ and have nothing but amazing memories from that trip! We look forward to making some new ones this year and to generally having a massive party with you all!!”

In addition, Groovin’ The Moo and Warner Music Australia are once again offering all aspiring photographers a once in a lifetime opportunity to shoot direct from the photographer’s pit, along with some one-on-one time with a professional photographer and a meet and greet with The Wombats frontman Matthew Murphy, bassist Tord Øverland Knudsen and drummer Dan Haggis, as part of their Shootin’ The Moo competition. Visit the Shootin’ The Moo website for further competition information.

Our 1st baby is 10, we can’t believe how much he’s grown. We look forward to having a few massive birthday parties for the little blighter. Hope you can make it! – PS New music coming this year!”
