Laneway Festival is psyched to share the news that triple j will be heading to Port Adelaide to broadcast the first event of the Australian leg of the festival. On Friday 2nd of February, listeners will be able to hear exclusive live sets and interviews from a line-up that includes Anderson . Paak & The Free Nationals, Mac DeMarco, ODESZA, Wolf Alice, Billie Eilish, Amy Shark and much more.

triple j Breakfast presenters and hometown heroes Ben & Liam will host the Adelaide event as the official festival MCs, following in the footsteps of 2017’s formidable hosts A.B. Original.

triple j’s ‘Life in the fast Laneway’ competition opens today. Winners will walk away with four PIP tickets to Laneway 2018 and snag the ultimate festival experience: get picked up, skip the queues, eat for free, meet their favourite band and watch their set from the pit. Laneway 2018 marks two years of partnership (and many years of friendship) between Laneway and Spinning Top Records, who will present some of the year’s best local and international talent on their stage.
