Exploring whether time and reflection can heal the past or if you are always going to be pondering why something ended. Does the person that caused the pain deserve the opportunity to give answers years later or is it better to leave the past where it stands?

Emma Burt is an Australian singer-songwriter. Passionate about writing transporting lyrics and creating warm and catchy melodies. She grew up listening to the likes of Carole King, Billy Joel, Taylor Swift and Shania Twain. A travel lover who takes inspiration from all aspects of life.

I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
