Melbourne’s, Full Flower Moon Band, have today released the single “Street Love” and its accompanying music video from their mysteriously chic debut audio visual album, CHINATOWN ALBUM. The album is set to be released late September via the band’s DIY record label, Dirty Power Studios and is available for pre-order through Bandcamp.

.
Along with this, the dark lo-fi rock group will be unveiling CHINATOWN MOVIE, which is married to CHINATOWN ALBUM, where the album will work as a soundtrack to the science fiction film. As the first part of the movie, this recording of “Street Love” is a re-imagined track from the band’s 2014 audio visual EP CHINATOWN.

After a year in production, CHINATOWN ALBUM is Full Flower Moon Band’s most comprehensive collection of recordings so far, showcasing the band’s experimental avant-garde rock sound. Along with CHINATOWN ALBUM comes CHINATOWN MOVIE, using the 14-track concept album as its soundtrack. The feature film was directed and produced by lead singer Babyshakes Dillon herself, who, coincidently, plays the protagonists, living in the future who has run out of ‘artistic credit’. Shot in Paris, Italy, Mexico, and Australia with multiple directors, the film follows her journey to recover her place in society.
Self-produced and recorded, the single and video both showcase Full Flower Moon Band’s ability to experiment with music and its relationship with imagery. When listening to “Street Love”, don’t forget to check out the first part of the movie here.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
