Released Friday, THE DEAD DAISIES 4th studio album “BURN IT DOWN” is a muscular tour-de-force, a tornado of pounding drums, pulverizing bass, screaming guitars and in-your-face raw vocals. Evoking the best of 70s Rock, with moments of Birmingham’s finest, blended with the early works of Boston’s best, “Burn It Down” will do just that: Burn down everything in its path until there is nothing left standing.
Recorded in Nashville with Marti Frederiksen at the helm, the band finished their 4th studio album “Burn It Down” in December, with Anthony Focx once again handling the mix and mastering legend Howie Weinberg adding his magic.
John Corabi about the new record:
“I’m extremely excited about our new record “BURN IT DOWN”! This is a balls-out old school rock record!!! Enjoy it and see you all on our massive 2018 World Tour!!!! Peace, Crabby”
Doug Aldrich puts it quite simply, yet to the point:
“The new Daisies album will melt your face! It is raw and in-your-face with a whole new sound!”
The fan and press response to the album has been overwhelming – a round of virtual listening parties the band hosted left fans yearning for the release date and media response has been absolutely amazing!
At radio, the single “Rise Up” has been added to massive playlists worldwide. The track is climbing the US-airplay charts, is on huge stations in Germany, Italy, France, Sweden and Spain as well as UK’s prestigious Planet Rock Radio adding both the single and the teaser track “Resurrected” to their A-Playlist. Global pre-order charts are coming in strong with iTunes Germany having the album in the #1 slot on their Hard Rock Charts.
On the brand side, the Daisies are also kicking it up a notch with a global collaboration with Crystal Head Vodka just recently announced!
The “Burn It Down”-World Tour kicks off with a sold-out show in Glasgow on April 8th, with all UK dates sold-out and the European leg of the tour going strong! The band will be touring for all of 2018, with a return visit to Japan, the US and Canada, Mexico, South America and many more shows in the UK and Europe already in the pipeline.
The Dead Daisies are: Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), John Corabi (Mötley Crüe, The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Deen Castronovo (Bad English, Journey) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).
Rock is indeed alive and well!!!

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
