Local To Local are ready to make their official debut into the music scene on May 19thfor their first headlining show as a crew. The 5-piece quasi-boy-band are far from any other group of talent that has hit the Australian music scene with their diverse range of genres and styles. Past performances have seen them open up for Drake’s crew, OVO in front of 1,000+ at Crown Casino.
A call out to all friends and networks from front man and rising talent DJ Marco, led a group of naïve musicians together with the vision of becoming something more. After months of songwriting, development workshops, rehearsals and practice, Local To Local was born.
Formed out of the suburbs of Melbourne this five-piece act consists of a multi-talented hip-hop, RnB and club force. Consisting of Kiid Koda, the 18-year-old rapper/dancer who first made a name for himself with his debut single Tokyo in 2017; Lotus, the RnB angelic vocalist who is about to be recognised as one of the smoothest voices in Melbourne’s RnB scene; Anbar, who first saw success in early 2017 when he released his hit Single Petty along with a string of covers which garnered a huge 150K+ streams on Soundcloud; LARKS, the freestyle/hip-hop emcee who is sure to astound you with his off-the-dome abilities, and; the center piece and leader, DJ Marco who has performed in most clubs in Melbourne as a rising hip/hop and RnB DJ.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
