New Chilean indie rock band CACHE seems to be starting with its right foot. They’re already releasing their third single, another sneak peak of their upcoming debut LP, and have already given their first live performances in Melbourne, on the first visit to our country.

New indie rock band CACHE (former members of Chilean bands Mecanico and Prefiero Fernandez) is moving forward and getting closer to the release of their debut LP due to be out in 2019.

This time they’re launching their third single called “Filtros”: a more epic and psychedelic side to their latest works, after the release of first and second singles Muerdele Las Manos” (feat. Camila Moreno) and Tibet(Both featured in various Spotify’s Latin-American playlists).

Even though we can listen to a great variety of Latin American bands in one of the most renown music capitals of the world, Melbourne, it’s not easy to stumble upon newer genres linked to the rock and indie styles that are currently going on the most southern part of South America. This is exactly what CACHE is coming to show us, a taste of fresh air when it comes to Spanish lyrics, with influences that can be traced all the way back to the 80’s and 90’s Latin-American rock scene, not quite know to the rest of the world at the time. All of this adapted to the modern indie sound of nowadays worldwide.

CACHE was produced by Nico Parra and Ignacio Ramirez at Estudio Italia and mastered by Chalo Gonzalez at CHT.
