Today LA based Chicano artist and producer Cuco and Platinum selling artist Dillon Francis have released the offical video for their recently collaborative track Fix Me. Cutting together some seriously cringe inducing Fail Army-esque internet videos while splicing in photoshopped faces from the pair, the video reinforces some of the themes from Fix Me and Cuco’s hilarious style.
Featured as World Record on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1, Cuco said “Fix Me is a different piece from what I’m used to making but I’m really excited about it. I feel like it embodies a lot of how I feel a lot and how my love life goes.”
Known internationally as a heartthrob, Cuco has been releasing music for the last three years with his track Lo Que Siento, a mixed language song about someone he’s fallen in love, acting as his breakout. Lava Lamp from 2017 continued this trend with the track being about him being separated from his soulmate.
The track comes following Dillon Francis’ release of his second album WUT WUT from September 2018. Getting back to his moomhbaton roots, the record featured predominately Spanish language features including Lao Ra, Fuego, Jarina De Marco and more. The album single Sexo feat iLe was nominated for a Latin Grammy for Best Short Form Video in 2018.
A festival favourite, Cuco has made appearances at Governors Ball in NYC, FYF Fest, Lollapalooza, Osheaga an d Outside Lands. Following a near fatal car crash in 2018, the California artist will be hitting the road for the first time this February after having to cancel all of his remaining shows last year. With new music and newly announced US dates, Cuco is back on his feet and ramping up for one hell of a 2019.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
