Today, multiplatinum Icelandic quintet OF MONSTERS AND MEN release their anxiously awaited third full-length album, ‘Fever Dream’, via Republic Records
The group preceded the record’s arrival with a pair of rising singles. Not only did “Alligator” recently cross the 6 million threshold on Spotify, but it also made history by completing “their quickest climb to #1 on the Adult Alternative Songs Airplay Chart,” as reported by Billboard. Not only has the song held the #1 spot for two weeks and counting but has vaulted to Top 5 at Alternative radio. Recently, Q Magazine praised it as saying, “FEVER DREAM is a dizzying rush of exuberance and emotion…their transformation into an arena-ready pop beast is complete.”

Meanwhile, the follow-up single “Wild Roses” racked up 1.7 million Spotify streams, and Paste proclaimed it “Dance-Inducing”. Check out the lyric video for the song here! Next up, the group graces the Outdoor Stage at Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! on July 30. In addition, they recently performed “Alligator” for the first time on late night television, taking over the stage of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for an unforgettable set. See the performance here! Next month will see the band do a headline tour through North America.
OF MONSTERS AND MEN went from the talk of Iceland to the top of the global conversation on their 2011 debut, My Head Is An Animal. Not only did the record go platinum, but it also produced an international smash in the form of “Little Talks.” The breakthrough single earned a quintuple-platinum certification from the RIAA, made history as “the first song by an Icelandic band to cross 1 billion streams on Spotify,” and landed the band a performance on Saturday Night Live. The group appeared on official soundtracks for franchises such as The Hunger Games, The Walking Dead, and Beat Bugs, to name a few. In addition to performing at festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Fi refly, and beyond, they supported Florence + the Machine on a high-profile arena tour. In the midst of this rapid rise, 2015’s Beneath The Skin bowed in the Top 3 of the Billboard Top 200 and the band starred in an episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones in the same year.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
