It’s a big day today for Bluesfest fans as Bluesfest announces its full line up and playing schedule for 2020. It’s time to sharpen your pencils and prepare to make some tough decisions this Easter at Bluesfest Byron Bay where 69 top notch artists from across the world will play over five stages in five days around the 12-hour musical clock on the lush green fields of the beautiful Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm – the home of Bluesfest.
Commenting on the release and complete line-up for Bluesfest 2020, Festival Director Peter Noble OAM said “The thrill is coming! Every year with the release of the full lineup and its accompanying playing schedule you can really feel it. It’s palpable here at the Bluesfest office as the festival approaches it’s 31st line up. The feedback is we have delivered one of our best artists bills. There will be thousands of ticket buyers attempting to fit in all the artists they want to see at Bluesfest this year. It will be a 12-hour daily marathon from noon until midnight over five stages of both headliners and the best emerging artists. I’m delighted to see so many female headliners in the top half of the bill. I’m especially excited to be presenting in association with the Americana Music Association – The Australian Americana Music Honours on Easter Saturday featuring the cream of Australian artists who are taking on the world under the Americana banner, as well as many of our international guests. It’s going to have some special performances, as well as surprises. Don’t miss it. It takes a long time to confirm Bluesfest artists, and this year has been no exception. I have lost count of how many meetings I have had with managers and agents of artists all over the world; From London to Bangkok, Melbourne to New York, Memphis and back to London to book this years lineup. I’m looking forward to seeing you all here in Byron Bay to celebrate with some of our favourite artists in the world. I’m really proud of this lineup we’ve gathered some of the best names from all over the world, from all over Australia and given our true blues fans something to sing about. This is a very fulfilling line up and I am thrilled. Let the countdown begin.”

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
