Young Singer/Songwriter and up and coming pop sensation Ella J released her second digital single ‘Woman (Oh La La)’, on July 24, 2020 via Distrokid. Co-written with producers Rob Amoruso and Liz Webber, Ella’s stunning vocals on this track ‘Woman (Oh La La)’ highlights Ella’s storytelling through pop, turning personal experiences into lyrics that many people can relate to.
Speaking about the inspiration for the track Ella J says, “Woman (Oh La La)’ is about leaving your past behind and moving forward as a strong independent individual and not letting the thoughts or opinions of others change who you are or what you strive to be.” At a time where independent women are uniting together this is sure to become the song that allows women of all ages to find their voice.

They say some people are just born with a gift and Ella J sits firmly under that shining star along with her focus, determination and dedication to her craft she is experiencing new found recognition and the fruits of her labour, hitting the ground running in 2020 with the release of her 1st single ‘Goodbye Player’. This track gave pop music fans a taste of what this new independent artist has to bring to the Australian Music Scene.
Ella J has thrived musically this year and loved the opportunity to work alongside songwriters and producer Rob Amoruso and Liz Webber. Together they co-wrote ‘Goodbye Player’ which received a great response from heavyweights the Ash London Live show, Oz made, Fox Footy, K Rock and Nova. Hailing from Geelong and working with two of the best writers and producers in Australia has given Ella J a great opportunity to write, produce and be guided by fabulous, talented and experienced music industry colleagues.
