breaks through with
‘KICKS IN’
out now!

The perfect soundtrack to evenings on lockdown had remained elusive—until Sydney-based multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter and producer Gabriel Paris came along, dropping his newest alternative pop single ‘Kicks In’ is now available on all streaming platforms, after its recent premiere on auspOp.
Written, produced, and engineered by Gabriel himself—with mastering by Wayne Sunderland—‘Kicks In’ kicks off the last quarter of 2020 as Gabriel’s solid follow-up to ‘Galaxy’ and ‘Story’, which were both released earlier this year.
The newest single is both intoxicating and sobering, with piercing lyricism that looks back at a time when Gabriel was going through a really low point, using alcohol as a coping mechanism during the aftermath of a heartache. This introspective and cathartic ballad comes as a breakthrough from a darkness that now remains in the past—much like the song’s heart-tugging exposition that builds up and transitions to a sweeping bridge that highlights Gabriel’s hauntingly mesmerizing vocals.

Gabriel burst onto the music scene first as a songwriter, collaborating with a diverse array of artists including GRAACE, Ash Grunwald, Xavier Dunn, and Sammi Constantine. He also has writing credits on the Warner Brothers’ DC Film ‘Aquaman’ Motion Picture Soundtrack. Among others, Gabriel is influenced by the music of Coldplay, Xavier Dunn, Vance Joy, and Fergus James. He believes that genuine songwriting goes beyond what other people want you to write about, as it creates a space where everyone can feel understood no matter their circumstance.
“Music is a place where confusion is embraced, questions are mandatory, and the journey is everything.” —Gabriel Paris

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
