ASH GRUNWALD, CHELSEA MANOR, EASTBOUND BUZZ (DUO), KEEKS, MODERN OPERA, NATHAN CAVALERI, RACH BRENNAN & THE PINES, RYA PARK, SAM WINDLEY, SAMMI CONSTANTINE, SHANNEN JAMES, THE KITE MACHINE, TILLY VW, YEN STRANGE
One day in.. October? This year things are a little different. That’s not just on the footy field but gigs have been drop-punted into another realm as well, online baby! Up there cazaly, it’s the holy grail of lineups because this week we have Piper’s Son curating the game. Piper’s Son is a management firm, record label & booking agent based in Sydney, Australia. This week’s lineup features some of the stars of the label and firm and we are very excited to bring these legends onto the ISOL-AID ground!
First kick off comes courtesy of SAMMI CONSTANTINE – a self assured crafter of pop with darker edges from New South Wales whose edgy sounds have garnered her fans including Rita Ora who she toured with last year. KEEKS continues things with her soulful songwriting that centers hooks and melody around some clever writing. RACH BRENNAN & THE PINES kick and scream into the scene with their effervescent sound that captures both the good times and the bad assertively in a way only a Libran can.
NATHAN CAVALERI has already lived a few lives, namely as a blues guitar prodigy when he was a kid. He’s all grown up with the music to prove it – captivating and rollicking. ASH GRUNWALD – where does one even start? A man who has truly carved out his own Ash-shaped niche in the global musical landscape – unique storytelling, rhythmic fury on guitar and signature soul drenched vocals is one place to start. SAM WINDLEY is an emerging songwriter and surfer from NSW’s Central coast known for her candid lyrics and raw, modest style. MODERN OPERA make self proclaimed ‘weird bedroom pop’, that takes cues from a wide range of influences. Taking different steps but always finding their direction, the band are an exciting force.

TILLY VW is a brand new artist – one to watch and look out for and we are excited at the taste of her future endeavours with this performance for ISOL-AID. THE KITE MACHINE are a bunch of prog rockers from Geelong who formed this rock n roll chameleon amidst the famous punk and psych landscape of Melbourne’s sister city. SHANNEN JAMES is an artist who defies limitations. Straight from the heart songwriting & modern production makes her music spark. EASTBOUND BUZZ are four like-minded musicians who make spectacular alt-country, road-trip tearjerkers. RYA PARK’s momentum is continuously building and this performance will be no exception. Her music deals with themes of heartbreak, mental health & melancholia eloquently. CHELSEA MANOR make pop punk tinged with Aussie rock, capturing moody and broody moments whilst still carrying over their classic nostalgic sound. Playing a whole bunch of shows and gaining traction on Triple J, the band are an exciting force with guts and gusto.
Rounding out the picks from Piper’s Son will be YEN STRANGE – a 19 year old wizkid who cut their teeth in groups Spit Chewy and Friday Park but has since begun releasing solo sounds of anti-pop that’s endearingly awkward. Go absolutely off!!

As you know, the loss of touring and live performance income has caused financial strain and even strife for many in our music community. Throwing in even what you’d normally pay for a beer or two at the show will make a huge difference to these acts. And we’ll be eternally grateful, too!
You can look good and feel amazing. Artist donations, merch and feel good vibes from isolaidfestival.com

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
