Following a hugely successful year of releases throughout 2020, Brisbane raised / Sydney based producer Quinn Karter is quickly garnering a reputation for delivering forward thinking bass music with various releases on ShockOne’s new label Dark Machine Records. With the release of ‘Overdramatic feat. Bryer’, Quinn Karter has quickly proven she is no one trick pony with her diverse production stylings. Now delivering her second release on Central Station Records ‘Living In A Dream’, the talented newcomer has created an energetic future pop anthem to kick 2021 off right.
Speaking on how the track came together, Quinn Karter shares “this song started during lockdown. I had gone back to Brisbane, to spend a few days at home… that turned into six weeks. I had so much free time, felt so inspired and started all these new ideas; including ‘Living In A Dream’”.

Further detailing the process and the collaboration with Natalie Major, Quinn shares “my manager sent me a guitar riff, something about this riff really caught my attention, it was simple yet effective. I had the instrumental down in a day, then knew finding the right vocalist would be paramount to the overall feel and drive of the song. I found Natalie Major, I knew I wanted to work with her, her voice was epic. Originally, the chorus was sent to me as a pre idea and the drop wasn’t going to have a lead vocal, but it just worked! I really wanted to create something that takes you on a journey, evolves and brings that 2021 energy to the table.”
Quinn Karter’s new single ‘Living In A Dream feat. Natalia Major’ is out now on Central Station Records.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
