Tom Grennan, the UKâs breakout star of the year, is heading to Australia in June 2022 and heâs all set to share a âLittle Bit of Loveâ with fans in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Currently in the midst of a completely sold out UK tour including Londonâs 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace, 2021 has been a huge year for the London based singer-songwriter.
Grennanâs critically acclaimed #1 UK album Evering Road has surpassed 250M streams globally and heâs currently one of the top 200 most streamed artists in the world. Heâs achieved 3 UK chart topping singles in 2021 alone, including his international bona-fide hit âLittle Bit of Loveâ, âBy Your Sideâ and the Number One Trending Song âLetâs Go Home Togetherâ with Ella Henderson.
He made his US TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden, swapped stories with the legendary Tom Jones for LADbible, earlier this month starred in Soccer Aid for UNICEF, the worldâs biggest charity football match, and is set to make his Australian TV debut on the AFL Footy Showâs Grand Final special!
Growing up in Bedford, England, Grennan initially pursued a football career before shifting his focus to his other love, music.
After several years cutting his teeth playing solo acoustic shows in London pubs he signed a deal with Insanity Records. But the next step, a collaboration with Chase & Status âWhen It All Goes Wrongâ, would be a defining moment, putting him firmly on âones to watchâ lists.
Grennan followed this up with a trio of EPs â Release the Brakes, Something in the Water and Found What Iâve Been Looking For â which introduced audiences to his gritty-voiced mix of soulful pop and indie folk.
In 2018 he released his debut album, Lighting Matches, which hit #5 on the U.K. Albums Chart. Produced by Grammy award winners Dan Grech-Marguerat (Liam Gallagher, Radiohead, Halsey, Lana Del Rey, The Kooks) and Fraser T. Smith (Adele, Sam Smith), Lighting Matches produced the snappy, string-laden single âSoberâ and its follow up âBarbed Wireâ.
The stripped-down acoustic single âCity of Starsâ appeared in 2019, followed the next year by the more elaborate pop-driven cuts âThis Is the Placeâ and âOh Pleaseâ.
Grennan dropped the tracks tracks âAmenâ and âSomething Betterâ in 2020 signalling a change of direction for his sophomore release. Evering Road, arrived in early 2021, encompassing the spirit of soul and gospel.
Donât miss your chance to see Tom Grennanâs first ever Australian shows!

AMNPLIFY â SW
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
