‘HEARTBREAKER’

Heartbreaker is Liss’ first single. It came about he was sick of dating men who seemed perfect on the surface however had ulterior motives. Liss wanted to write an upbeat song about Heartbreak that many people could relate to. Heartbreaker opens with the line ‘one summer and some chemistry was all it took’ detailing the ease in which the relationship took place. She moves onto singing ‘Too good to be true, learned your lines like a pro. Though you’re no Leonardo in my mind,’ signifying that their relationship was all an act.

Growing up in Melbourne, Liss started writing at the age of 9 and became fascinated with pop music. During school this skill continued to develop and by the time she was 19 she decided she was to study music at university. During this time she collaborated with producers and artists alike.
In 2020 during lockdown she composed the skeleton of Heartbreaker. In 2021 she first came in touch with the producer Bhauraw and this is where the song had its finishing touches.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
