Australian-born Sweden-based indie-roots artist Ryan Edmond is set to release his first single for the year ‘By the Water’ – produced by György Barocsai at Svenska Grammofonstudion through the iconic (Queen) Neve 8048 desk (Queen, ACDC, Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie ect!) .

‘By the Water’ is a rhythmic and infectious indie-pop track that combines buoyant guitars and breezy harmonies for the ultimate summer vibe. Bolstered by straight hitting drums, glittery keys and endearing vocals the track is an explosion of good times from the very first whistle.
Edmond talks about the meaning behind ‘By the Water’: “ By the water is a light hearted indie track which serves as yet another tribute to your classic ‘romcom’ scenario.. It’s a lot of fun to play live and I hope people can connect with the track in their own way”.
Edmond is a singer-songwriter from the small town of Rockingham, Western Australia. As a cornet player, he has toured globally with various acclaimed artists, however in the last few years, he has begun writing, singing and touring under his own name.
