Inspired by an eclectic upbringing in Reunion Island, producer and multi-instrumentalist NASAYA is a versatile electronic crossover artist. At the heels of his recent single ‘CIEL,’ NASAYA returns to Foreign Family Collective with his new single ‘RUMMELSBURG’ in tandem with the announcement of his new EP RÊVES.
Speaking on the record, NASAYA shares “At the time I wrote ‘RUMMELSBURG’ I was really stuck and uninspired on my music so I took a trip to Berlin to kind of clear my head and also try to write some music. I was staying with my friend and producer Yann Lauren, who’s one of my favorite people to work with – and he showed me this voice memo from Imani, a singer friend of his. It instantly inspired me and we chopped it on Ableton and started the base of this song.
“This track went through so many different versions before this final one, but I always thought there was something special about it so I kept working on it for months. I’m really attached to it, it’s one of the songs that feels the most ‘personal’ to me that I’ve released so far.”
Berklee College Of Music graduate and multi-hyphenate musician and producer NASAYA brings a refreshing perspective to the electronic music landscape. Born and raised by the way of Reunion Island – a French island in the Indian Ocean – NASAYA grew up speaking French and Creole splitting his time between surfing island waves and drawing inspiration from classic rock icons like Led Zeppelin and Nirvana. At 12 years old, NASAYA picked up the guitar and hasn’t put it down since. Inspired by the breeze and easy-going nature of his homeland, NASAYA’s signature style borrows from jazz, experimental dance music, hip-hop, pop, and classic rock.
With releases like ‘PATTERNS’ featuring Sara Diamond and ‘TEMPO’ with MARO spanning labels like Majestic Casual, Concord Records, and ODESZA’s Foreign Family Collective, NASAYA’s lush sound is home to some of music’s most prominent record labels. His captivating musical prowess has been lauded by media heavyweights like Pigeons & Planes, Indie Mixtape, Billboard, Ones to Watch, SPIN, NOCTIS Magazine, Elton John’s Rocket Hour radio show, BBC Radio 1, triple j, and many more. Impressively, his most recent single ‘CIEL’ saw NASAYA receive stellar support across triple j, being added to spot rotation with additional spins on 2022 with Richard Kingsmill, Mornings with Lucy Smith, Mid Dawns, Drive, Hit List, Lunch and more, before reacting at #111 on the AU Shazam charts. In addition to a laundry list of press accolades, NASAYA has landed sync deals with Patagonia, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, American Eagle, and Mercedes. Along the way, he produced for artist like UMI, Fiji Blue, and Royal & The Serpent.
At the heels of his collaborative PIRLAMPO EP with MARO, a tour as direct support for Ford’s The Color of Nothing tour, and his recent single ‘CIEL,’ NASAYA returns with his technically-intricate single ‘RUMMELSBURG.’ A departure from the pop-centric sound he orchestrated on PIRLAMPO, ‘RUMMELSBURG’ is an experimental electronic treat marked by nimble breakbeats, chopped vocal samples, and complex polyrhythms designed for sophisticated dancefloors. A mathematical composition with an accessible edge, ‘RUMMELSBURG’ is the second single taken from his impending RÊVES EP and arrives just ahead of his upcoming tour as support for ODESZA on their Last Goodbye tour.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
