Gully Days have hit the indie rock scene hard with their recent single ‘Ay-Oh’ getting play on Triple J and a spot on Alex Rainbird’s September Youtube playlist (UK)! It was also named Track of the Day by UK tastemakers This Feeling who compared the band to The Libertines. Play on UK and German radio tops off what has been a great release for the band.
“Stuuuuupidly catchy stuff from Gully Days, you can’t not sing along to this chorus!” Declan Byrne, Triple J Radio
The band are straight back at it with their new single ‘The Others’ out on 20 October 2022 through Believe Music Australia.

‘The Others’ is another tubthumping indie rock banger that you can easily imagine on a big festival stage with the crowd singing along. Produced by Jack Nigro the track is super fresh and connected to what is happening right now in the ever sparking Australian indie rock scene.
The track is a coming of age classic tackling themes of self-identity and the pressures on youth.
The music video for ‘The Others’ was shot and produced by Mikey Conlon. The visuals of the band playing live on an inner city carpark rooftop and running around like maniacs matches their vibe perfectly!

Gully Days are four mates from the surfing suburbs of Sydney. Their honest and high energy to indie rock invokes the heady days of the scene lead by bands such as The Celibate Rifles and The Sunny Boys. They join bands such as The Buoys and The Terrys who lean their indie punk rock into classic Aussie rock.
Their efforts so far have garnered much praise with Life Without Andy declaring them “One of the hottest bands on the rise in Sydney”.
Gully Days have already played huge shows including with DZ Deathrays and Miniskirt, and will continue to rip it up on the live scene with a big summer of shows ahead.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
