Ahead of their arrival to Australia later this month, chart-topping UK icons Sugababes have today announced the support act for all three shows on their Australian headline tour: trailblazing Australian pop artist CXLOE.
CXLOE has set herself a lane of her own, floating effortlessly between alternative and electronic with undertones swaying often into a gritty, dark-pop sensibility. Her songwriting and establishment is complex and constantly surprising.
The Sydney-born, Los Angeles-based artist has surprised and delighted fans, media and tastemakers across her exceptionally unique singles & sophomore EP ‘Heavy Part I’; amassing more than 50 million streams along the way. Support and critical acclaim has seen CXLOE receive airplay from triple j, all pop-leaning commercial radio stations across Australia, and across global titles such as Billboard, CLASH, LADYGUNN & V Magazine. Her live performance resume includes supporting Maroon 5 on their Australian Red Pill Blues tour along with her own national headline tour and festivals such as Falls, This That, ForeShore, Formula 1 GP sessions, Big Pineapple and more.
Following the phenomenal success of their 2022 UK reunion tour and festival performances – including their hit-filled set at Glastonbury which shut down the field due to crowd demand – UK chart-toppers Sugababes will return to Australia this month for the first time in over two decades.
Featuring the original line up Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy, the iconic trio will perform to Australian audiences at Enmore Theatre in Sydney on Thursday 23 February, Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Friday 24 February and Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on Monday 27 February.
Just last month, Sugababes also announced their upcoming performance at this year’s Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Party on February 25. Returning after a two year hiatus, this year’s Party will be the biggest and the best as the Sugababes lead an all star line up of artists, DJ’s and performers.
Sugababes are one of the biggest-selling British girl groups of all time, with six Number One UK singles, millions of global sales and multiple multi-platinum albums. The trio defined an era in British pop with their smooth vocals and magical harmonies, offset by garage and alternative soundscapes, and became one of the most successful British girl bands of the 21st century.
Tickets are selling fast for the remaining Melbourne and Brisbane dates.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
