Featuring string of releases “cry cry cry”, “are we done yet”, “by now”, “love you forever” and “temporary”, love you forever is a prolific concept album, unravelling the mystic world of VÉRITÉ in 10 poignant tracks. Pop-fuelled focus track “i thought i was waiting” pairs vulnerability with fiery undertones, radiating the album’s emotional hues.
VÉRITÉ talks through love you forever’s album concept; “The record is about loving someone so much you murder them and drag their body into a lake. That’s the most literal interpretation of the concept and world that I’ve built around the album to pad the sharp corners of what it really means to crack yourself open and allow yourself to be fully present and open with another human being.”

Each song chronicles a new chapter, cementing the album’s overarching journey from sentimentality and longing, to anger and chaos.
Opener “are we done yet” creeps in before morphing into the anthemic angelic-drenched title track “love you forever” which spotlights the album’s stirring themes. Track three “none of you” dives deeper, turning up the heat.

Intimate “cry cry cry” hones in on VÉRITÉ’s story-telling lyricism, then boldy moves into “a lucid dream” with its driving chorus. “temporary” unleashes waves of gritty synth before “i would leave you” sees her lay her emotive cards on the table.
Focus track “i thought I was waiting” hypnotises with waves of melodic hooks followed by powerhouse “by now”, before closing with stripped-back “a lucid dream” epilogue.
