For the unacquainted, Olivia De Melo has been making waves in 2023. Already having released three singles, she is working away on her debut EP and prepping for a bunch of local and even international tour dates.
The newly appointed RTR FM Homegrown presenter effortlessly navigates across genres, but it’s her honeyed alt-pop vocals, adorned with rich harmonies and captivating melodies, that truly set her apart. Since debuting, De Melo has graced the stages with her absorbing brand of pop at Western Australia’s most popular venues and has shared the limelight with Aussie and WA favourites like Dulcie, Nick Cunningham, Timothy Nelson, and more.
In her latest endeavour, De Melo collaborates with Wesley Black to deliver the lush 2023 pop anthem, ‘SOAK’. This thirst-quenching track serves as a reminder that even in challenging times, the sun still shines, and positivity goes a long way.
