Tasmania based thee-piece alternative rock outfit Verticoli have just released their brilliant new single ‘The Fear’.
“The Fear is about channeling panicked, nervous energy into something positive creatively. The music was written in that kind of a headspace, and the lyrics try to reflect that kind of intensity, and the idea that you can disempower fear by doing your best to immerse yourself in it.”

Verticoli are on a mission to produce high-quality music that is heavy, melodic, and raucous. The band have toured heavily across Australia, supporting the likes of Cog, Kingswood, British India and DZ Deathrays. They opened the Field Stage at Falls Festival in Marion Bay (14/15) and were selected by Triple J Unearthed to play the 2017 Party in the Paddock.
..
Last year the band released their sophomore album ‘The Echo’. The album received support from radio stations like Triple J, Triple j Unearthed, Double J and community radio across the country. The album received praise and positive reviews from the likes of AAA Backstage, AIR, Australian Music Scene, Tone Deaf, The AU Review, Music Feeds, Hysteria Magazine, The Music, and The Underground Stage.
New single ‘The Fear’ is available on all major online stores and streaming services.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
