Sydney-based multi-instrumentalist/producer Part Paladin has just released his brilliant new single and music video ‘Atlantis’, which premiered exclusively via Backseat Mafia.
‘Atlantis’ is a driving, anthemic commentary on society’s shortening attention span and ever-growing plasticity, which blends modern metal rhythms, reverb-soaked leads, and soaring vocals. The single is taken from his upcoming debut EP called ‘Atlantis’ that comes out on March 1st.

“Like the lost city, Atlantis paints a picture of a possible apocalyptic event, wiping the slate clean for a fresh start. The animated video for Atlantis mirrors this apocalyptic theme. It follows a wild scientist who, upon hearing about a global catastrophe, tries to meld with his beloved technology to save himself, turning into more man than machine as he faces his fate at the ocean’s depths.”
Forged in lockdown in 2020 as a bedroom recording project, Part Paladin combines elements of Prog Metal and Rock to create his dynamic and groove-laden brand of music.
Part Paladin released his debut single called ‘The Rise and the Fall’ in January 2021. He then followed up in 2022 with the release of ‘Koedal’, displaying a sonic maturing whilst diving deep into one’s own lineage. Late 2022 saw a heavier approach with ‘Ascendance’, showcasing darker prog-metal rhythms and triumphant vocal lines.
Part Paladin recently reentered his home studio to work on a plethora of new music, which has resulted in the creation of his upcoming debut EP.
New single ‘Atlantis’ is available on all major online stores and streaming services.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
