Eora/Sydney’s Jet City Sports Club have today dropped their second EP ‘Every Single Dream’; 5 tracks of dreamy, indie-pop perfection, including the previously unreleased ‘Chamomile’.

Featuring singles ‘My Everything’, ‘Drug Store’, ‘Green thumb’, and their most recent release ‘Sunny Morning’, ‘Every Single Dream’ is a snapshot of a band growing into their own. Armed with some seriously slick production, courtesy of producer extraordinaire Fletcher Matthews (RAAVE TAPES, Stumps, The Buoys), ‘Every Single Dream’ has absolutely no wasted space; each track as strong as the next, crafted to deliver the band’s shimmery, sun-kissed sound perfectly.

Thematically, the EP reflects on all the memories and opportunities the band have shared since their inception, looking through a lens of infectious positivity and genuine gratitude.

“The new EP is a collection of songs that are extensions of us, and the experiences being in this band has created. We named it Every Single Dream as it’s a bit ambiguous, and people can attach their meaning to it when they’ve heard the songs and made their own relationship with the EP. It also has a sort of second meaning where we see this band as a vehicle to accomplish every single one of our dreams.” JET CITY SPORTS CLUB

Although the band’s discography has always felt tight production wise, on ‘Every Single Dream’ the band have truly aimed up in the studio, looking to push forward sonically and give their fans a true representation of how far they have come as songwriters since the release of their debut EP back in 2021.

‘We aimed to polish the production on this EP, and it’s a really nice progression from our first EP ‘September Sun’. We drew inspiration from artists such as Soccer Mommy, Biig Piig, and Snail Mail, amongst others production-wise.’ JET CITY SPORTS CLUB

With an ever-growing fanbase and support from radio and media alike, Jet City Sports Club have continued to impress on each release. The band have solidified their status as a formidable live act supporting bands including The VANNS, STUMPS, Connie Constance (UK), Genghar (UK), Ruby Fields, The Grogans and Trophy Eyes, and playing festivals such as SXSW Sydney, Lost Paradise, Mountain Goat Valley Crawl and Icebreaker Festival.

The EP has already seen extensive support from triple J and Unearthed, with first plays on Home and Hosed for both ‘My Everything’ and ‘Sunny Morning’ and a plethora of presenter reviews on Unearthed. On DSPs the band have had very strong support from Apple Music in particular, with 7 editorial playlist adds for ‘My Everything’ and currently 2 playlist adds for their recent single ‘Sunny Morning’.

‘Every Single Dream’ is just another step in the right direction for Jet City Sports Club, as they emerge as one of the country’s most exciting, genuine and talented indie bands.
