About ACCORDING TO PLAN
According to Plan is the pseudonym for Australian singer-songwriter Dave Rennie.
Often self-described as sounding like “early 2000’s Alternative Pop-Punk,” According to Plan strives for a balance between a nostalgic sound that people know and a modern-age style of songwriting with plenty of twists and turns to keep listeners intrigued.
While definitely still a Pop-Punk artist at heart, ATP also delves into a more raw, acoustic sound at times, with a core focus of storytelling through their lyrics, as exemplified by their acoustic EP, Storyteller.
Working with fellow Adelaide artist Jethro (producing) and Wayne Sunderland (mastering), According to Plan is returning to their Pop-Punk roots with “Another Sequel No One Asked For” releasing May 3.

Another Sequel No One Asked For is a sequel to According to Plan’s 2022 debut single Stuck.
The song is about beginning a new chapter in life and all the doubt and uncertainty that comes with it.
