Canadian hardcore punk legends Cancer Bats have just announced the supports for their upcoming national Australian tour and Bat Sabbath shows.
They will be joined in Brisbane by PistonFist and Strange Fiction, in Newcastle by Stupid Baby and Dreamboat, in Sydney by Bare Bones and Irken Armada, in Melbourne by Threat and SIDESPLITTER and in Adelaide by SwordfishTrombone and Emergency Rule. Potion will accompany them on both their Bat Sabbath shows with FLY! and Mountain Wizard Death Cult.
Previous album ‘Psychic Jailbreak’ earned the band their sixth JUNO Award nomination and saw extensive tastemaker support from the likes of Metal Hammer (UK), Kerrang! (UK), Exclaim! (CAN), NME, Wall of Sound, HEAVY Mag and Punktastic (UK).
One of the hardest working bands in the industry, Cancer Bats have consistently traversed the globe, performing at international mainstays Download Festival (UK) and Reading and Leeds Festivals (UK), and alongside the likes of Bring Me The Horizon (UK), Alexisonfire (CAN), Thursday (USA), Rise Against (USA), The Bronx (USA), Bullet For My Valentine (UK), Gallows (UK), Comeback Kid (CAN), Pierce the Veil (USA), Everytime I Die (USA), Haste the Day (USA) and Billy Talent (CAN).
