releases latest album
INVADER
And preempts with another
new track and video for
EPIC

Like a neon high on pastiche ways to incandescent schemas… all overripe with contracted pulps of fiction. Slices of noir lightly squeezed liberally over deserts of modulated rhyme. Pupils set to a glaze in the salmon pink skies and ochre horizons… nigh on a peaking runaway of psychosis. From the dark nights of Regurgitator’s INVADER emerges the COCAINE RUNAWAY.

We are INVADER
“History doesn’t necessarily repeat, but it certainly rhymes and there are poetic devices available to artists to divine the patterns of past, present and future. This album digs deep to make sense in a world of weaponised illusions and radicalising sorcery, where the lines between digital fantasy and embodied agency have become irrevocably blurred.” – Tyson Yunkaporta (Sand Talk; Right Story, Wrong Story)
30 years. 10 albums. 1 being together. Join this latest expedition to the peak mountain of sounds. Deep dive into the invasive notions of INVADER. In a spirit of reflection – scale high, question everything, and arise with some kind of knowing. Kingdoms are benign monsters old world imperial extractors whose flicking cicatrice tails weigh heavy across lives time invaded. Take any strength, and transmute power gained.
Our world is contaminated by stains of colonisers – of country, culture and community… of mind, body and nature. Ceaseless in pursuit of gain. Manifestly sociopathic in hunger. Our civilisation stands on a precipice. At the heart of it is collective well being… and an artery to panpharmacon will be advanced cooperative function. Come stand on a cliff and rise with the tides of community resolve – music, art, culture will always stand the test of our times.

Let’s go EPIC
We trapped dim in a pablum of spectacle endlessly overplayed and sequelised.
EPIC – the latest track pre-empting the album release week’s end.
Accompanying video was filmed at the recent Golden Plains, edited by Rob McCafferty and then subjected to a texture mapping animation by Quan.
“In approximately 4.5 billion years the Milky Way will finally pluck up the courage to ask Andromeda to slow dance. After another 5 or so billion of coy glances and suggestive dropping-of-handkerchiefs, they will eventually become lovers and their colossal black hearts will merge.” – Quan
.
.
INVADER – is a self-produced work predominantly recorded and mixed by Quan and Ben (with assistance by Greg Jard); featuring 14 tracks of inspired high infection, hooking up with prime collaborators PEACHES, JK47 and TYSON YUNKAPORTA (Sand Talk) to turn out their most incisive album since time began.
“This work is a fleeting reflection in the surface film of a small bubble floating through the psychotic dreamworld of the colony.” – Quan
IT’S SO INVASIVE… national tour commences on May 10 in Hobart and will run across May and June covering all states. This will be the only tour of significance for 2024 and will introduce a new 4th touring member to the lineup – Sarah Lim on keytar and guitar. They promise an 80 minute set covering the new album and entire array of hits across the past 30 years. Tickets on sale now and include a great bunch of touring guests – PARTY DOZEN, CRY CLUB, DISPLEASURE (NZ), MONSTER ZOKU ONSOMB!, THE SUBCULTURE CLIQUE, and recently added in north QLD – DUBBZONE.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
