One of the UK’s brightest rising stars, Olivia Dean, is coming to Australia and New Zealand for the very first time. Alongside her previously announced appearance at Laneway Festival 2025, Olivia will perform at Auckland’s Powerstation, Sydney’s Roundhouse, and at Forum Melbourne.
Beloved for her diverse musicality, endearing down-to-earth lyrics and magnetic, feel-good live performances, Olivia Dean has cemented herself as one of the most original and versatile voices in UK pop. Her long-awaited debut album, Messy, released in 2023, was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize Album of the Year and reached #4 on the UK’s Official Album Chart. Embracing her imperfections, Olivia Dean has never sounded more self-assured.

Thursday 13 February – Forum, MelbourneJVB’s journey has been nothing short of explosive, going from college students to DIY sensations almost overnight with their 2021 viral hit ‘Double Jump’. After releasing a series of successful singles and an EP throughout 2022, the duo debuted their first full-length album, PUNK TACTICS, in September 2023, which has amassed more than 129 million streams from the title track alone.
Earlier this year, JVB released their sophomore album, NO HANDS, which takes all the propulsive energy of their critically acclaimed debut and amplifies it, while diversifying their sound, style and genre-bending approach to music. The album showcases the duo’s range of influences both musically and lyrically, drawing from the sounds of 90s hip-hop, drum’n’bass, hardcore and punk, as well as Gen-Z hyperpop, electronic dance, and decades of pop-culture references. The record has amassed over 50 million streams globally, leading to a sold-out North American tour, an upcoming sold-out European tour in November, and a slot at Australia’s Laneway Festival in February 2025.

Wednesday 12 February – 170 Russell, MelbourneLos Angeles band/art project julie exploded onto the scene with their wildly popular debut single ‘flutter’ in 2020 and in the four years since have opened for the likes of Alex G and Faye Webster. Combining the fuzzier parts of shoegaze with elements of grunge and post-punk, they stomp over genre and stylistic bounds on their heavy-hitting debut album my anti-aircraft friend.
Multidisciplinary artists through and through, julie created every element of the record – music, artwork, videos, packaging, and even some of the instruments they play on stage. In February 2025, julie bring their project to Australia for the first time, performing at Sydney’s Factory Theatre and Corner Hotel in Melbourne.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
