Following a high-octane release just over a week ago, AC/DC have taken over the #1 spot in 18 countries and counting with their brand-new album PWR/UP. The list of topped charts includes both here in Australia as well as the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 200, selling over 117,000 copies in the first-week. PWR/UP is available now HERE.
PWR/UP marks the band’s 6th #1 album in Australia where the band is the only Australian group in history to have had a #1 album across 5 decades: Back In Black (80’s), Ballbreaker Live (90’s), Black Ice (00’s), Rock Or Bust (10’s), PWR/UP (20’s). The album also holds Germany’s biggest first week of 2020 and the biggest first week for an international act in 4 years, as well as being the UK’s fastest selling album of 2020 and the biggest first week of the year.

For their seventeenth full-length album, the band reunited with producer Brendan O’Brien who helmed Black Ice in 2008 and Rock Or Bust in 2014. Charged up for the next decade, AC/DC cut twelve new tracks for the album, proudly maintaining their signature sound and all of its powerful hallmarks.
PWR/UP is available in multiple configurations that will excite collectors and die-hard fans alike, including digital, CD, and deluxe versions. The limited edition, one-of-a-kind deluxe PWR/UP box is the ultimate fan package. Hit the button on the side of the box and watch the flashing neon AC/DC logo light up while the opening bars of ‘Shot In The Dark’ blast out of the built-in speaker. Inside the box is the full CD package in a soft-pack with a 20-page booklet that features exclusive photos and USB charging cable allowing the box to remain powered up and on display.
