Racka Chachi is a 12-piece hip-hop collective consisting of MC’s, vocalists, producers, visual artists, managers & marketers. The group’s ethos is to ‘Do It Yourself, Do It Now & Do It With Your Friends’. Many of the 12 members of Racka Chachi have been friends for life. Spanning up to 15 years across high school, university & various musical and business projects.
What if your mates could be the vehicle to creative growth & sustainability?
The collective’s new single is a UK Garage inspired hip-hop track which combines Racka Chachi’s signature live instrumentation with the tempo and energy of a west coast summer night. Complete with rapid rhymes, sticky vocal chops and a bed of finger-picked guitar; ‘Moon’ bounces along via the bubbling bass of the nocturnal club track.

The single is reminiscent of Craig David, Disclosure & Brockhampton. Lyrically, ‘Moon’ tackles anxiety with acceptance. Sometimes when we surrender to what we can’t control, our energy is reserved for things we can control.
Speaking about the track, “I wrote ‘Moon’ at a time when life started to fall into place for me. In my career, my artistry and my relationships. Ironically, A lot of things fell my way when I stopped trying so hard to make things be a certain way. I surrendered to life as it was and it became so much more than I could wish for”.
“MOON” is out March 25

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
