Awaken is a one-of-a-kind hot springs wellness gathering
designed to inspire, empower and uplift through wellbeing activations across the Peninsula Hot Springs site. Guests can explore wellness workshops, yoga, live music, bathing in the Amphitheatre, a massage and healing space, a wellness dome village and more. Together, people from all walks of life will be celebrating connection and co-creation. Headlining this year is Shiva Rea, who brought the 1400-capacity Food Bowl to life at Awaken 2023 with an ecstatic yoga class, plus fellow wellness leaders Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco, William Wong, Simone Callahan, Lance Schuler, Jem Stone,
Michelle Cassidy, Anisa Poonja, Melissa Mai, Uma Neave Spender and Dr. Marc Cohen.

Meanwhile, guests will be treated to the soothing sounds of Vinod Prasanna, Kyle Lionhart, Edo Kahn, Ben Temple Step, Shivam Rath, Nicky Bomba and DJ Loqi.

Peninsula Hot Springs co-owner Bharat Mitra said the purpose of Awaken is to come together to spark awareness and create change.

“We are inspired and grateful to bring Awaken into the world again. Many of us feel deeply the urgent need for a positive change for humanity and the planet. Awaken recognises that a meaningful change will not come to us but will happen through us when we awaken our pure nature,” he said. Bharat Mitra went on to explain that Awaken is “an invitation for us to co-create an event to inspire and empower wellness communities to emerge” and “a unifying field for people who care, for visionaries and wellness leaders from all walks of life to
connect, nurture each other, explore, and co-create inspirations and holistic solutions for the huge challenges we collectively face.”

Charles Davidson, Peninsula Hot Springs co-founder and
Creative Director, added that Awaken is the natural evolution of decades at the forefront of Australia’s wellness industry. “Peninsula Hot Springs has always championed innovative wellness experiences, culminating in this year’s Awaken gathering, which was our most immersive experience to date,” he
said. “Awaken 2023 was a phenomenal success and proof that the community is ready to engage with wellness in new and exciting ways.” Attendees will be free to wander between the various Awaken experiences unfolding across the coastal bushland of Peninsula
Hot Springs. Guests will also have access to Peninsula Hot Springs’ world-class geothermal bathing, wet and dry saunas, cold plunge pools, ice cave and more.
Bharat Mitra described Awaken as a “tapestry of immersive wellness experiences, deep conversations, open panels and inspired music” and said the gathering is for everyone.

All-day Awaken tickets (9am – 9pm) including bathing are
available for $195, or afternoon tickets (2pm – 9pm) are available for $125.
