Bacardi today announce the fresh crop of artists joining the Bacardi El Coco Tropical Danceteria tour, rolling into Lost Paradise and Mountain Sounds festivals across summer. Homegrown tastemakers and international acts come together for the ultimate dance destination, where the mojitos flow and surprises lie around every corner.

Last month, the Bacardi El Coco Tropical Danceteria kicked off a festival run at Return to Rio and Spilt Milk. Lady Erica, Frank Booker (NZ) and more treated Return to Rio party-goers to non-stop frivolity beneath the palms of Wisemans Ferry Resort. Soon after, Bacardi El Coco clocked up mojito miles to Spilt Milk, where dance classes with Amrita Hepi and a surprise set from Kwame shook the grounds of Canberra’s Commonwealth Park.

The Bacardi family have always known the right ingredients for a great party and the Bacardi El Coco tour, named after the symbolic ‘El Coco’ coconut palm planted outside the original Bacardi distillery in 1862, continues their long-standing love affair with good music, good company and icy refreshments. The rolling Bacardi El Coco mojito bar – born from a converted 1950s chevy truck – will serve up freshly hand-poured Bacardi mojitos as artists soundtrack a tropical paradise.

Bacardi El Coco will soon juice up the roster at Lost Paradise in Glenworth Valley, for back-to-back NYE parties from December 28 to 31. Winston Surfshirt will step behind the decks for a raucous DJ set offering their favourite blends of funk, house and hip-hop, while CC:DISCO! will transform the oasis into a vibrant disco. Legendary local selectors Adi Toohey, Mike Who, Mo’ Funk, Kato, Tyson Koh, Ariane and Preacha will turn up the energy beneath the palm trees alongside Nes, Maia Bilyk, Ayebatonye, Nick Toth, Bad Depp DJs, Bad Ezzy B2B Boogie Fingers, Mr. Brown and the boogie-inducing Bacardi El Coco House Band.

The summer of music and mojitos continues at Mountain Sounds festival in Somersby on February 15 and 16. From the Bacardi El Coco Tropical Danceteria, enjoy Aywy’s soulful beats, an energetic DJ set from Klue plus hip hop and reggae blends from radio hero Shantan Wantan Ichiban. Joining the two day affair are DJ collective Lovebombs and ultimate party starters DAWS, Lex Deluxe, Carla Uriarte, Carolina Gasolina and Jhassic, as well as returning favourites Ariane, Nes and Bad Deep DJs. Top off your Bacardi El Coco experience by discovering your next signature move inspired by Amrita Hepi’s dance class.

Leave your inhibitions at the mainstage and enter the all-day party your festival experience craves with the taste, sight and sounds of the tropics. Bacardi El Coco is your go-to for non-stop, day-to-night memories, all to the #soundofrum while indulging in the ultimate mojito moment.
