Created in Melbourne in early 2023, MAYDAY was a moment for Becca Hatch to find herself in music again after transformative experiences forced the artist to re-examine her creative path; the circle she wanted to keep and the art she wanted to make.

“MAYDAY is an eight track EP that explores themes of love, loss, growth, and overall resilience”, Becca says. “It’s about learning what it means to stick true to yourself and finding freedom in taking back control. The project was written during one of my lowest points, where I was going through a lot of change and loss. I found myself hurt, abandoned, and back at the beginning by myself.
By leaning on my family and community, I had to figure out how to pick myself back up. Through the process of creating this I was able to transform my feelings of isolation and abandonment into music, and through these songs I found my power & voice.”

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
