Perth based Indie Folk songsmith Ben Lunt has just released his new single ‘Amelia’, which premiered exclusively via AAA Backstage.
He has also announced a run of tour dates to celebrate the release that kicks off tonight at Indian Ocean Hotel in Perth.
Ben Lunt debuted in 2020 with the release of his single called ‘Ladybug’. He has since released multiple singles including ‘West Coast’, ‘Just Like That’, ‘Seagull’, ‘Morning’ and ‘Moments’. Having built an incredibly strong catalogue of releases, Ben Lunt has spent his musical career travelling far and wide whilst capturing hearts and minds.
The young troubadour teamed up with legendary Sydney based producer Tim McArtney (Hockey Dad, Adam Newling, Angus & Julia Stone) to record a slew of new singles for release this year. He recently released his first offering from the session in the form of a single called ‘Somersault’, which premiered exclusively via Backseat Mafia and was aired on hundreds of radio stations worldwide including airplay on Triple J’s ‘Home and Hosed’.

After gracing the stage at the Nannup Music Festival, Ben Lunt is back again with release of his stunning new single ‘Amelia’.
New single ‘Amelia’ is available on all major online stores and streaming services.
“There is an ebullient folk blush in the genetic makeup – framed by the delicate harmonica and thrumming acoustic guitars – more than a little of the sense of euphoria and freedom in expression found in bands like Royel Otis. It’s a heady production that tempers a sunshine-soaked sparkle with an element of reflection – a nostalgic, immersive journey.” Arun Kendall – Backseat Mafia

AMNPLIFY – DB

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
