Veteran Melbourne-based hip-hop artist and boxer Benny Sinclair is returning with his first single of 2018 ‘Fly Away’ set for release on November 23rd. This is the first single taken from his second studio-album ‘Don’t Take It Personal’ that can also be expected in December of this year.
This album acts as a continuation to the story of his first album ‘The Impeccable Word’ whilst also showing the maturity across Benny Sinclair’s sonic lineage. With a more modern and commercial sound it is clear that Benny is striving to make a mark on his musical legacy and change the scene around him.
“This album was written at a time in my life where I was striving to find myself and was facing many challenging life experiences. I feel this album further refines my sound as a unique hip hop artist and I intend to both inspire and entertain my listeners.” – Benny Sinclair
‘Fly Away’ showcases an inspirational and heartfelt uplifting melodic story about moving on and progressing through life. With a sound comparable to Hilltop Hoods the song transitions through catchy hooks and the driving production of Mr Leigh leaving melodies ringing in your head days after hearing the tune.
Benny Sinclair only teases what’s to come with this single as he prepares to unveil a much larger scheme for where his music will go over the next year. As for 2018, Sinclair’s fans can expect to sink their teeth into the lengthy 10-track album ‘Don’t Take It Personal’ with another two music videos to accompany the album. AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
