Big Wheels is an electrifying blend of rock and sun-soaked, melodic flair—co-fronted by songwriters Cass Ford and Lawson Doyle.

What began in the laid-back suburbs of the Sunshine Coast, Australia in late 2021 has quickly evolved into a powerhouse of classic rock with a modern twist. With a shared love for legends like Fleetwood Mac, Jefferson Airplane, and The Black Keys, Big Wheels craft music that resonates with the raw highs, lows, and complexities of life, all while weaving in a sound that feels both timeless and fresh.

Gearing up to release their first single of 2025 and the subsequent single off their debut EP due for release in June, “Silver and Black” will be out on February 19. A track that promises to offer fans an exciting glimpse of the bold, eclectic sounds to come.

2024 was a breakout year for the band, with Sydney and Brisbane headline shows on an East Coast tour in November selling out in presale. They’ve also shared the stage with some of Australia’s finest, including DICE, The Rions, San Cisco, and Pacific Avenue, leaving audiences energized and craving more. Not to mention, their festival performances at Long Jetty Festival, Crafted Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Spaced Out, The Great Escape (UK) and Maverick Festival (UK) have firmly established them as a must-see live act.
