Pioneering drag artist Pabllo Vittar and a slew of phenomenal local and international DJ’s are the latest acts to join this year’s epic Mardi Gras Party line-up on Saturday 29 February, 2020.
Ahead of her Australian debut, Pabllo Vittar has donated to the WIRES Wildlife Rescue. She notes, “The world is seeing what Australia is going through right now, I have donated to WIRES Wildlife Rescue and I encourage you guys to do the same.”
Exploding onto the scene in 2014 a fully-formed superstar, Vittar is one of South America’s most popular exports and the most followed drag queen on social media. She has amassed half a billion Spotify streams and a billion YouTube views, and was the first drag queen to ever win an MTV Europe Music Award in 2019.
Vittar’s innate swagger and powerful vocals have seen her collaborate with high-profile music acts like Major Lazer, Charli XCX, Sofi Tukker, Anitta, and Diplo. ‘Flash Pose’, Vittar’s first single from her highly anticipated third album 111, is already on regular rotation on dance floors around the world and has racked up an impressive 18 million views online.
An outspoken advocate, Vittar uses her platform as a popstar to demand equality for LGBTQI communities in Brazil and beyond, fusing the personal with the cultural and political, and refusing not to hide who she is to the world.
This year’s Mardi Gras Party is also set to feature an electrifying line-up of local and international DJs including: Ayebatonye, Cupids Cut, Charlie Villas, DJ Kilimi, Estée Louder, Kate Doherty, Magda Bytnerowicz, Trinity, Whiskey Houston, DJ Hamo, Kate Monroe, Stephen Allkins, Dameeeela, Barry Harris (CAN), Midland (UK), Atomic Blonde (USA) and DJ Nate (USA).
Pabllo Vittar and this year’s monster line-up of DJs join previously announced pop sensations Dua Lipa and Kesha for what is set to be an unmissable night of revelry. Additional artists to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Mardi Gras Party is Australia’s most treasured LGBTQI Party! 2020 will see Mardi Gras transform the Hordern Pavilion and surrounding areas into a brand-new adult play land, bursting with music, light and performance across new fantasy worlds for you to immerse yourself. Continue riding the joyous vibes post-Parade as our communities come together in this multi-sensory feast.

AMNPLIFY – DB
My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
