‘TRES QUA’

Known to bring worlds together through his music, multi-instrumentalist Byron Mark releases a new Spanish inspired single ‘Tres Qua’ which features on his upcoming album ‘Odyssey’.
The global sounds single transcends its listeners straight to Spain, with the genre of flamenco being such a big influence in the creation of his album ‘Odyssey,’ Byron decided he had to compose a track to feature a flamenco guitar and that is how ‘Tres Qua’ was born Byron explains.
A higher tempo in beat, the single features Spanish flamenco guitarist Paco Lara and also manages to feature all the other sections of the ensemble; piano, string quartet, and a tabla ‘bol’ solo from Maharshi (Indian vocal percussion).
Paco only recently moved to Australia from Jerez in the south of Spain, and it was an honour to have him perform on this piece. The title ‘Tres Qua’ literally translates to ‘three four,’ which is the time signature of the piece.
On the single, Byron said, “I just liked the sound of these words together, and thought to keep a simple title for this complex piece!”
Byron will also be celebrating the launch of his album on the 18th June featuring a stellar line-up of world class musicians and flamenco dancers at the Tom Mann Theatre in Sydney kicking off at 7pm. Tickets can be purchased here.

My nickname is “The Amnplifier”. Why? Because around here my focus is on being a conduit for providing greater outcomes that people come here for. My day to day “work” is living in the moment, and I love helping others concentrate on finding their connection to themselves through their experiences.
Why start a music environment? The truth is I love music, I love writing, and I love life. I work with musicians every day, and I feel certain that I will be until they put me in the ground. I have been managing people in businesses of some sort for over thirty five years so along the way I have developed some “wisdom” from my regular and constant “observations”.
Amnplify your experience. That is what we want you to do here, and if you want to let me know why you do, or don’t, shoot me a message on Facebook.
Hope you enjoy yourself here and find something that hits you somewhere.
